These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and wbx2u ("the Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"), governing your access to and use of the online gaming services available at wbx2u.cam and any associated subdomains, applications, or services.

By accessing the wbx2u platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

wbx2u operates under international online gaming licensing frameworks. These Terms do not constitute legal advice. Players in Malaysia are individually responsible for understanding and complying with their applicable local laws regarding online gambling. wbx2u is not regulated by Bank Negara Malaysia, the Ministry of Finance Malaysia, or any other Malaysian government body.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" — The individual player account registered on the wbx2u platform associated with a unique username and email address.
• "Balance" — The total funds held in a Player's Account, consisting of Real Money Balance and any applicable Bonus Balance.
• "Bonus" — Any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or reward granted by wbx2u to a Player under specific promotional terms.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by wbx2u prior to processing withdrawal requests.
• "MYR / RM" — Malaysian Ringgit, the base currency for all transactions on the wbx2u platform.
• "Platform" — The wbx2u website, mobile-optimised interface, and any associated gaming services accessible via wbx2u.cam.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered on eligible games before it may be converted to withdrawable Real Money.
• "Wager" — Any bet placed on casino games, live dealer tables, sports markets, or any other game offered on the Platform.

To register and maintain an Account on wbx2u, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you hold an Account.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee or director of wbx2u or any associated entity.
• You must not already hold another active Account on the wbx2u Platform. Only one Account per person, household, device, or IP address is permitted.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement with wbx2u or any affiliated platform.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, wbx2u requires completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You may be requested to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (Malaysian IC / MyKad, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence);
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or statement confirming the payment method is registered in your name).

wbx2u reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time where there is reasonable cause to do so for compliance, fraud prevention, or security purposes. Failure to complete KYC within the requested timeframe may result in withdrawal processing being suspended until documentation is received and verified.

You are responsible for keeping your Account credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential. wbx2u will never request your password via Live Chat, email, or any other channel. Any activity carried out under your credentials is deemed to be your responsibility.

All deposits and withdrawals on the wbx2u Platform are transacted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM). The Platform supports the following Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBe, and Hong Leong Connect. Cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals (BTC, USDT) are also supported where indicated.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM50 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method.
• Deposits via e-wallet and FPX/DuitNow are typically credited within minutes.
• wbx2u does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests require a completed KYC verification prior to processing.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, where technically feasible.
• Processing times vary by payment method; e-wallet withdrawals for verified accounts are typically completed within 15–30 minutes.
• wbx2u reserves the right to apply reasonable withdrawal limits and to conduct additional verification checks on large withdrawal requests.
• Any winnings derived from bonus funds must satisfy applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.

wbx2u does not accept deposits made with funds obtained through illegal means. Any suspicion of money laundering or financial crime will be reported to the appropriate authorities and the Account will be suspended pending investigation.

wbx2u offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page, in addition to the general bonus terms set out below.

• Each promotion is available only to eligible Players as specified in its individual terms. Unless otherwise stated, promotions are available to Malaysian residents with verified accounts.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per Player, household, device, IP address, or payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonus funds not wagered within the validity period will be forfeited without notice.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, certain table games, and specific slots may contribute at a lower percentage or be entirely excluded. Contribution rates are specified in individual promotion terms.
• wbx2u reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion has already been claimed by a Player in good faith, their existing bonus balance will be honoured under the terms applicable at the time of claiming.
• Any attempt to abuse a bonus — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, placing opposing bets to minimise risk while fulfilling wagering requirements ("bonus hedging"), or systematically exploiting low-margin games — constitutes bonus abuse. wbx2u reserves the right to void bonus funds and any associated winnings in such circumstances.

All bets placed on wbx2u are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game type — whether slots, live casino, sports betting, crash games, or other game categories. These rules are accessible within each game's interface or from the Help Centre.

For sports betting, the following general rules apply:

• Odds are quoted in decimal format unless otherwise specified. They are subject to change prior to the market being confirmed as settled.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted at the discretion of wbx2u. We reserve the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice.
• In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect price being displayed, wbx2u reserves the right to void any bets placed at that incorrect price.
• Mix Parlay bets require all legs to be settled in the Player's favour for a return to be generated. One or more losing selections results in the entire parlay being settled as a loss, unless the applicable rules specify otherwise for void selections.

For live casino and table games, each game operates according to the rules set by the relevant game studio. Players are encouraged to familiarise themselves with game rules before wagering real money.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wbx2u Platform:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform;
• Using another person's Account or allowing another person to use your Account;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic device to place bets or otherwise interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes in the Platform's functionality;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity;
• Attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal;
• Making chargebacks or payment disputes on legitimate transactions;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing wbx2u staff or other Players.

Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their Account suspended or permanently closed, all bonuses forfeited, and winnings voided. wbx2u reserves the right to share relevant information with appropriate regulatory or law enforcement bodies where required.

wbx2u is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Players. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. It is not a reliable method of generating income, and no betting strategy guarantees a profit.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players via their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts;
• Loss Limits: Restrict total losses over a defined period;
• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic notifications and optional log-out after a set play duration;
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the Platform for a defined period or indefinitely. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed within the chosen exclusion period.

All content on the wbx2u Platform — including but not limited to the wbx2u brand name, logo, trademarks, website design, software, graphics, text, and game content — is the intellectual property of wbx2u or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of wbx2u.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wbx2u shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

wbx2u does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. While we take reasonable steps to ensure Platform stability and security — particularly during high-traffic periods such as EPL match days and live casino peak hours — we cannot guarantee continuous availability.

In the event of a technical fault, server error, or software malfunction that causes a game to be settled incorrectly or a transaction to be processed erroneously, wbx2u reserves the right to void the affected transactions and restore Account balances to their state prior to the error occurring.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

wbx2u reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as described in Section 8;
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity;
• Request from a regulatory, law enforcement, or gaming compliance authority;
• Account inactivity for an extended period, as defined in the Platform's inactivity policy.

Where an Account is closed due to a Player's breach of these Terms, wbx2u reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation. If no breach is confirmed, real-money balances (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via the original payment method following the completion of any applicable review.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account may contact the wbx2u support team via Live Chat. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe and remaining real-money balances will be returned after KYC verification.

wbx2u collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the data processing practices described in the Privacy Policy.

We apply industry-standard data security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial information. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which wbx2u holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.

wbx2u makes no representation that the services offered are appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions. Players accessing the Platform from Malaysia do so on their own initiative and at their own risk, and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

wbx2u reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by posting a notice on the Platform or by contacting registered Players via their registered email address. The date of the most recent revision will be displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the wbx2u Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 12.
